WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?

We only ship to the EU.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs for Italy are free for orders above 120€. For orders below that, shipping costs are 5€. For other countries, shipping costs are free above 240€. For lower orders we charge a fixed fee of 10€.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders are shipped from Italy and are delivered within 2/3 business days depending on the destination.

 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
There are no additional taxes or duties on orders as we do not ship to countries outside the EU.

WHAT CONCENTRATION DO THE FRAGRANCES HAVE?
Our fragrances have an average concentration of 30%. The concentration of each oil is studied in each formula to ensure the best performance.


WHERE ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES MADE?
All of our fragrances are proudly made in Italy.
Each creation is carefully crafted in our dedicated laboratory, using the highest quality ingredients.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes, all of our fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, formulated without ingredients of animal origin.


DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PHTHALATES OR PARABENS?
No, we are committed to using only safe and certified ingredients.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our fragrances are designed to last over 36 months.
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its quality.

Sustainability is an integral element of our brand.
Each component is individually recyclable and the pack is made entirely of paper.
